To reserve your picnic, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remanding balance must be paid at least 48 hrs before your scheduled picnic. Once your picnic date and time are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Payment can be made via PayPal, Zelle or ApllePay.

We don’t offer refunds for any reason, but we can change your reservation time without an extra charge up to 72 hours before your picnic.

If you would like to leave the picnic before the arranged time, please provide us at least 30 minutes notice via phone call or text. Please note you are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

We understand NY weather is unpredictable. If bad weather is expected - strong wind or rain, we can happily reschedule your picnic within 2 months the original date. And we are happy to discuss other alternatives (ex: indoor) if available.

All picnic set up must be 40 yards of vehicle access. We operate in Brooklyn. Additional travel fee of $1.50/mile for location after Brooklyn.

Absolutely! All of our picnic can be set up indoor.

Food is not included with any of our packages. You’re welcome to bring your own food and sneaks

No, we don’t serve alcohol beverages and are not responsible for those who bring those to the picnic.
