Hello! My name is Olga and I'am the founder of Warm Wonders Picnic. My passion to create a memorable experience full of beauty and new ideas by bringing people together. So everything you see on here, was made with love for you to never forget these moments and with this my amazing family helps me out.
Our picnics are the perfect setting for your birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, brunch, date night, anniversary, photoshoot and much more.

Food + Drinks
We offer different food items as an add-on to make your picnic experience extra special. All of our packages include your choice of sparkling water or still water for each guest. We serve appetizer portions, if you'd like a meal, we recommend sizing up!

FAQ
To reserve your picnic, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remanding balance must be paid at least 48 hrs before your scheduled picnic. Once your picnic date and time are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Payment can be made via PayPal, Zelle or ApllePay.
We don’t offer refunds for any reason, but we can change your reservation time without an extra charge up to 72 hours before your picnic.
If you would like to leave the picnic before the arranged time, please provide us at least 30 minutes notice via phone call or text. Please note you are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
We understand NY weather is unpredictable. If bad weather is expected - strong wind or rain, we can happily reschedule your picnic within 2 months the original date. And we are happy to discuss other alternatives (ex: indoor) if available.
All picnic set up must be 40 yards of vehicle access. We operate in Brooklyn. Additional travel fee of $1.50/mile for location after Brooklyn.
Absolutely! All of our picnic can be set up indoor.
Food is not included with any of our packages. We offer charcuterie boards and sweet snacks as add-ons or you’re welcome to bring your own.
No, we don’t serve alcohol beverages and are not responsible for those who bring those to the picnic.
